Withdrawal Process
- Students may withdraw from the Co-operative Education Program at any time by submitting an email to the Co-op Program Manager indicating intent to withdraw from the program.
- As part of our evaluation process, students are strongly encouraged to answer four questions: 1. What did you like about the co-op program. 2. What did you dislike about the co-op program. 3. What would you change? 4. Why did you with draw from the program. Having feedback will help the program with planning and delivery.
- There will be no refund of fees collected for professional development seminars or work terms completed prior to the date of withdrawal. For students who withdraw during a PDS session or while completing a work term, normal refunding will apply.
- International students’ work permits acquired to complete co-op requirements will no longer be valid and their study permits will be revised to reflect an earlier graduation, as required.
