Global Chef

 

Chef Sebastien Mallard's passion for cooking began in his early years by helping his grandmother and mother prepare meals. As an adult, he worked in Gourmet cooking and hol restaurants through 2001, when he joined Sodexo as a cook. He evolved quickly into a successful chef and then into his current role as site manager. Chef Mallard is looking forward to sharing his passion for food as part of the Global Chef Program.
