Halifax Leadership Cohort

The Educational Administration and Leadership stream within the Master’s of Education program at StFX is founded on professional and theoretical knowledge that is applied within the context of the practice of participants. Our program is sequenced so that knowledge, skills, and values in relation to leadership is continually evolving. Each course is partially based on previous and accumulated knowledge from course work and professional experiences. This cohort has been and will continue to be collaboratively designed with leaders in your board to ensure that issues pertinent to your board context are explored in courses. If a student selects the project or thesis option, then 506 or 507 would be substituted for 508. Such a decision would be proclaimed by the end of course 7.
