Application Deadlines

FOR STFX STUDENTS

Students interested in going on international exchange in  third year should begin exploring this opportunity in first year.When students return for second year they should contact the International Exchange Office in the fall term for information and academic advising.

The deadline for applications for outgoing exchange is January 15th of each year.The application process involves submitting a number of required documents. For this reason, students should begin the application in the fall of second year.

Later applications will only be considered for study during the winter semester of the following year. The deadline for these applications is October 1st.

FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

For fall semester and full year students, STFX must receive nominations from the incoming student's international exchange office by May 1st. These student applications for admission to StFX must be received by May 15th. 
 
For study in the winter semester, nominations need to be received by October 1st.
Student applications for admission to StFX must be received by October 15th.
