Archives — The University Archives is the central repository for the collecting, arranging, describing, and preserving of material that documents the history of StFX and its chancellor, faculty, staff, and alumni.
Celtic Collection — The Celtic Collection, also known as the Father Charles Brewer Celtic Collection, represents the heritage and culture of the founders of the university. It is the largest of its kind in Canada, and one of the most significant in North America.

Government Documents — This is a guide to the government documents collected by the StFX Library, to those online available to our users, and to related services provided by our Government Documents Coordinator.
Music / Audio Visual / Microform Room — The Music/AV/Microform Room contains our audio and visual recordings, as well as our microform collection of newspapers and journals.
StFX Digital Collections — The StFX Digital Collections provide access to a rich cache of primary and secondary research resources in the StFX Library. Th includes documents that encompass descriptions & histories, both past and present, of StFX, the local communities and the region.
ESL Collection — The Library has a small collection of books and audio-visual tools to assist those who wish to improve their English as a Second Language (ESL) skills. The collection includes dictionaries, grammar and vocabulary builders, practice tests for TOEFL, TESL, and IELTS, specialized materials for Nursing, Business and the Sciences, and a selection of easy readers.
