Certified YogaFit instructor, Brenda Chisholm will lead a Vinyasa style yoga class designed for every-body. Whether you are younger, older, physically fit or wanting to become healhtier, this class is for you!
Yoga @ X will begin by focusing on basic beginner yoga poses and move towards more advanced poses over the 8 weeks.

BEGINNER YOGA
FOR OLDER ADULTS
Are you 60+? This class is the class for you! Move through yoga poses at your own pace within your own bodies ability. Certified YogaFit instructor, Brenda Chisholm will modify poses so that they can be completed either on a mat or chair.

RUNNING PROGRAM
Ever want to add running into your active living routine? Progress towards a 5km run over 8 weeks with an instructor. No experience required, everyone welcome.

X-TRIATHLON
ANY SKILL LEVEL ♦ CHALLENGE YOURSELF ♦ HAVE FUN
The X-triathlon (swim, bike and run) will take place on April 1st, 2012. We encourage anyone who ever wanted to try a triathlon or a seasoned veteran needing a change in training to come and sample the 10 minute swim, 20 minute bike, and 15 minute run.
