Swim Lessons: Book a water safety instructor for a 30 minute private lesson.

Adult Fitness Lanes: Full and Aquatic members and day passes holders have access to a combination of swimming lengths, water jogging or water walking. for complete pool timetable

 

Recreational Swim: Three (3) lanes available for lane swimming and water jogging, and half of the pool is available to recreational swimming. Please note that lanes could be subject to closure at the discretion of the Lifeguard or Supervisor.

 

Family Swim: Full and Aquatic members have free access to leisure swimming time while affordable activity is provided to children for a toonie. No lanes in the pool during this time period.

• Swimmers need to wear a swim cap when in the pool.
• Recreational and Family Swims are open to all ages, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian who is 19 years or over.
• Check out our toys! We have beach balls, noodles, and your choice of a duck or frog mat.
• PFD’s available, ask lifeguards for details.
