Regularly scheduled meetings have now resumed for January and the following months for 2013.
All applications for future meetings have to be submitted on the following dates with the meeting being held one week from the submission date:
January 17, 2013, by 12 NOON All applications have to be submitted no later than this date.
NEW DATE: MARCH 1, 2013, by 12 NOON. All applications have to be submitted no later than this date.
March 15, 2013, by 12 NOON. All applications have to be submitted no later than this date.
April 18, 2013, by 12 NOON. All applications have to be submitted no later than this date.
May 16, 2013, by 12 NOON. All applications have to be submitted no later than this date.
June 13, 2013, by 12 NOON. All applications have to be submitted no later than this date.
Formal meetings of the Research Ethics Board are not scheduled for July and August. The REB does accept applications during the summer, and may review these applications and conduct meetings; it takes longer in summer to put the review process to work when REB members are not available.
The dates given above are dealines for submission of applications. Meetings will be held one week after the monthly application deadline. (Applications are due by 12 pm, one week prior to the meetings.)
