Returner Students

 

Date by which most returner Residents confirmed their 2017-18 rooms. Once the returning student accepts their room assignment, they are bound to the contract. Breaking a contract will result in a $400 room forfeiture fee.  

 

May 15th, 2017



Admissions

 

$100 Confirmation fee must be paid by this date to guarantee a room on campus.

 

June 1st, 2017



Confirmation Deadline

 

If the New Entry Resident notifies the residence office prior to June 1st that they do not wish to take a room on campus, the residence deposit of $400 will be returned. If the New Entry student notifies the residence office after June 1st they will forfeit their $400 deposit. 

 

August 15th, 2017



Summer Cancellations

 

If the Resident does not notify the University prior to August 15th 2017 that they do not intend to return then the resident is responsible for 15% of the room and meal fee for the full academic year.

 

September  2nd and  4th, 2017

 

 

Move-In

 

When the Resident notifies the residence office in writing that they wish to decline their room assignment either after the resident takes up their room or the date they were expected to take occupancy, the Resident assumes full responsibility for the 2017-18 academic year.

 

October 9th, 2017

 

 Meal Plans

 

 Downgrades to your meal plan are due by this date.

 

 November 1st, 2017

 

Academic Withdrawal

 

If the Resident withdraws in the first term up to and including November 1st, they will receive a 85% credit of the remaining room and meal plan fees.

 

February 1st, 2018

 

 Academic Withdrawal

 

If the Resident withdraws in the second term up to and including February 1st, they will receive a 85% credit of the remaining room and meal plan fees.
