Security Services at StFX University strive to maintain a safe, secure and healthy campus for students, faculty, staff and visitors by developing partnerships within the university community.
We work closely with local law enforcement and community response teams to ensure an environment in which we all feel safe to work, live, learn and play.
The Security Services office is located at 5005 Chapel Square. Information and assistance can be obtained by calling 867-4444 or by email to security@stfx.ca.
Security Services provide 24-hour coverage by vehicle, foot patrols and Security Operations Centre (SOC) 365 days per year. Student Patrols augment security services with evening foot patrol and event security.
All incidents on or adjacent to University property involving actual or potential danger to life, limb or property should be communicated IMMEDIATELY to 911 and then to Security Services.
