The role

You’ll help organizations of all shapes and sizes grow faster and work smarter, helping to solve problems that matter. Through our structured "semester" focus on PwC'core consulting practice areas; you’ll be exposed to specialist competencies including: Finance, Operations, People & Organisation, Risk and Technology. Upon completion of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to align to one of these competencies permanently, based on your interest and business needs.

You’ll also have the opportunity to gain specialized knowledge and serve clients across industries and sectors including Financial Services, Energy, Utilities, Mining and Industrial Products, Technology, Communications, Retail & Consumer, Public Sector and Private Companies.

What we look for

● Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or Commerce related degrees
● Interest in helping businesses and organizations succeed through innovation and fresh thinking
● An ability to easily digest and simplify complex concepts into easy to understand summaries
● Examples of leading yourself and others through on-campus and extra-curricular roles
● A flexible attitude to work assignments and experiences, to gain the most from this program
● People who are authentic, resilient, inclusive and passionate
● Examples of building relationships which are genuine and rooted in trust
● Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate new ideas
● Proficiency in French, Spanish or Mandarin is advantageous, alongside excellent English
● An ability to travel to client sites across Canada
● Eligibility to work in Canada as a Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident or Post-Grad Work Permit holder
